Where did you meet your future spouse?

Originally we met in middle school/junior high school, he was in 8th grade, I was in 7th grade. Then we re-met again at a house party for a mutual friend after graduation. He had just graduated high school and I was just getting ready to go into my senior year of high school.

We met at Hunt Club Farms in VB. We were set up by a friend I hadn't seen in 3 years and it was perfect!

I moved to Florida and within a week I had a restaurant job and two after that I had to train this chump on the fly because my managers were feeding him to the wolves. Not only did he lie on his application saying he had served before but it was the busiest night of the month and I was still new! Now we're getting married!

Funny story, I met him at his house LOl, his roommates had a gathering and I was invited by a mutual friend, we all "clicked" as friends the first time so we decided that we would all hang out again.. and again... so eventually My now Fiancee confessed he had a crush on me and things just sort of took off from there, here we are 6 years later planning our wedding!!

On Spring Break

We met at a waterpark. Our best friends at the time were dating and they invited us separately so that neither of us had to third-wheel them, and to think we both considered not showing up...

We worked on the same floor but different groups. A guy in his row always had chocolate truffles in his desk so I was walking past him basically every day to go grab one and he would try to talk to me but I'm shy and didn't even realize it!

We met on Plenty of Fish. Talked non stop for a week before we finally met. Met November 4, 2015. Started dating November 24, 2015. Getting married October 10, 2020

In preschool in the fall of 1968 - only took us 49 years to get the job done!!

Adam and I met at Longwood University in Farmville, VA 7 years ago this month!

We met on a double date! I went to prom with his best friend from high school and we were hanging out the week after, my FH and his GF at the time were there to hang out with us

This is going to be the story that I LOVE telling until the day I can no longer tell it. I moved to Massachusetts with my now ex husband back in 2005. In 2011 he left after 17 years of being together and filed for divorce. In Feb of 2012 with the encouragement of my children I signed up for match.com. I was on the site for about a month and was at the point of getting rid of the account because everyone who messaged me only had one thing in mind and that was getting laid, and if that was what I wanted I could go to a bar and get that. Then one day I got a message that was like five paragraphs long and I thought at first it wasn't a real person because the first five words were not "wanna f****" and he did not have a profile picture. I ignored the email, a week later I get the same email only this time he has a picture and I thought he was cute so I said what to hell and i responded. Two months later while I was texting him he said he was going to be home for the weekend, he was working in New York, and I said oh really do you have any plans, he said no and I asked him if he wanted to meet for lunch somewhere. Instead of meeting for lunch on the day we planned he ended up coming to my house a day earlier and was there until about 3 in the morning just talking. From that weekend on he was at my house when he was in Massachusetts. We have been together for 7 years and are getting married next may!!!!
