Have you talked to your officiant? Usually they have a general outline or know where to fit this in

The minister who is marrying us said we will light our unity candle after we say our vows and exchange rings because at that point we will become one. Then after lighting the candles we will kiss and then be announced and begin the processional.

Kate--it's really up to the two of you and your officiant what you want the order of events to be. I think the timeline you have laid out is great! Lighting the candle after the vows or after the ring exchange is pretty typical, so you're totally golden!

Love me a good unity candle lighting! SO sweet! Smiley love
