If it’s on sale start buying. You can slowly collect things from now until the wedding. Once I booked my venue I started looking

I’ve bought a few things that were on sale. But for me all the Christmas stuff is basically wiped out so I’ll have to wait until October most likely. But if I see something I like, I’ll buy it! You can definitely collect things over time as long as you have the storage space.

Our wedding is not until September and I’m already done buying all of our decor and accessories. The last thing I’m working on is buying frames for our memorial table of lost loved ones. Other than that the only thing left really is for the florist to do with all of the greenery and flowers.

I started in the fall for our August wedding. It was easier to find decorations around the fall for us because our wedding has a slight horror/ halloween theme. I say if the stuff is on sale now grab it while you can.

Since were getting married on New Year’s Eve, I started collecting all of that stuff on sale right after it this year. I’ve been collecting decor from wedding resale groups for months now because it just depends on when people post stuff. It’s been really helpful though and now I have it, I can practice arrangements on our kitchen table!

I started with decor this past weekend that was on sale at Hobby Lobby for my wedding next April. I know I'm going to begrudge myself for this when I have wedding decor cluttering up my limited-storage-space apartment for a year but the prices felt too good not to, and now I don't have to worry about them again until it's time to set them up! Crossing things off my to-do/to-buy lists feels nice Smiley smile
