We were originally shooting for May 18th bc it was cute that it was the 6 month mark of our dating anniversary. Getting married on that date wasnt super important to us though.
We ultimately moved it up a week so it's not as special immediately. But I realized today its literally the day in between mother's day in the US and Ukraine! (At least this year).
But we're also going to play a special song dedicated to all moms at our reception.
I've joked with my mom that a son-in-law is her mother's day gift Haha.
