What was your first wedding decision?

How big of a wedding we wanted and where

The color scheme! Turquoise and coral !

Season first, then the venue, and then the date (based on what was available after the first two)

We picked the date the night we got engaged. Which we ended up cancelling a few months prior to and instead replanned everything to have a new date the day after our anniversary.

Where we wanted to be married, we had just bought a house together and both felt that it would mean more for the both of us if we got married at our own new home to start our new life together

Our first wedding decision was a couple minutes after the engagement! We decided we wanted to get married in 2020!

We selected the month of October and then started looking at venues with October ability. October is a beautiful month here in N.C.! The venue was the first thing we booked!

The venue. Before my grandfather passed, there was a specific venue he wanted to buy so all of his grandkids could have their perfect wedding. I’ve always known I wanted to get married there. We made an apt less than a month after the engagement and fh loved it! We booked that day

We figured out guest list first so we could figure out a venue that would be large enough.

Time of the year and then booked a venue/date 3 days after getting engaged!
