What was the first venue you visited?

We went and looked at this old schoolhouse and we knew right away that was it.

The Queen in Wilmington! We still haven’t solidified our venue choice but we have LOTS of options right now!

The ymca but I’m thinking something closer to the church

My hometown is in a different state than the one we live in and all our planning is being done online, and via phone conferences. We virtually visited many at once to get ideas.

The Springs Brookshire, in Katy Texas. We fell in love immediately and booked that day!

I had already decided in my mind where it would be when he proposed.

The first venue was a barn style venue in the middle of no where...it set the tone for FH and myself of what we did not want for sure for our wedding.

We went with the third venue we toured and couldn't be happier with our choice, it is us and it will be stunning!

A banquet hall down the street from us, and that's who we decided to go with, after extensive research.

It was a bit out of budget. We also decided it was too far for some of our guests (it was about 3 hours or so away)

The first (& only) venue I visited is the venue we're getting married at! I have a budget I was sticking with so once I found out a place was out of budget I didn't waste time visiting.

I also fell in love with the first venue & for only $2100 it was a steal. With planning a wedding in 6 months I booked it that week! Couldn't let the only October weekend date get taken! only 81 more days

The 1st place we visited was the Lace House in Columbia SC. We picked it.

I found my venue while helping a former co-worker try to find one.

We only viewed it to see it in person.

We had already selected it for several reasons.

Our first venue we went to see was the ONE ! We’re located in Rhode Island so everything is no more than 45 minutes away. Our wedding will be in Lincoln which is 15 minutes from us.

The first venue we visited, was The Crystal Ballroom in Tampa. We put down the deposit but later regreted it as the 2nd we visited was the one!

I guess the first venue I visited is the one I went with, but I’ve been running past their amphitheater for years.

We scouted a bed & breakfast which is on the property of an abandoned amusement park, only later to find out they wouldn’t host a wedding. Coincidentally we booked an Airbnb to host our ceremony directly across the River from that bed and breakfast.
