What type of veil for outdoor wedding?

Should I do a veil? If so what type? Birdcage? Short? Long? Just a hair piece? I do not care for many veils. I like the long lace ones and I like birdcage but some of the shorter ones... I dont know I just dont love them.

I wouldnt do a veil. Too much to think about. The dress is gorgeous and any jeweled head piece would do wonders for the look. Take SIERMISS' idea. Im also outdoor wedding and Im doing just a small simple tiara comb.

I got a birdcage veil from Etsy also and I love it (and I love the price too 22.00) But while I was browsing for mine I found something different that I liked-- A birdcage tulle veil. Still short and sassy, but very classy. I think that your dress would look best with a veil like that. Here's my veil I bought

and here's another you might like

The second one is a little longer but I love the look. Very Sarah Gabriel (without the S.G. price tag lol)

Happy shopping! Let us know what you pick out.

This is the link for the first headband!

They are a little pricey but i thought they were the most well made on the whole site!

If you go for a longer veil, this particular style has heavy enough bugle beading, crystal and sequins to weigh it down a bit, so it won't be blown in any directions. Also, it's really gorgeous (picture doesn't show it enough, but trust me!): http://forprincessbride.com/store/product241.html

The other option is obviously a birdcage veil: http://forprincessbride.com/store/page3.html which actually will look fantastic with your gorgeous dress! It can be removed after the ceremony with only a flower or facscinator remaining in the hair.

I suggest going in and trying someone with your dress, You'll never know if you like it with the dress until you try it on!

I think for me, the veil is a huge part of being a bride. I couldn't imagine getting married without a long one--- so my opinion is probably bias!

I love the look of a long veil---indoors or out. It may blow in the wind but that's part of the beauty of being outside! Just make sure you aren't near anything it can catch on... that would be awful!

Birdcage isn't my style, but I think it would look great with your dress. Very classic.
