What to wear for engagement photos? Help

Doesn't have to be a white dress, but if you want to go that route, I think that is super cute! Very fitting for summertime photos.

Definitely choose something that you're comfortable wearing! If you prefer short dresses, choose a short dress. It could be a white dress, or really any color. I would avoid wearing large prints or patterns that distract from seeing you. Also keep in mind your location: wearing white against a light color background might blend in too much with the background, while as a red dress would probably stand out beautifully. Similarly, if taking photos against a red background, I would choose a white or yellow or gold dress. I think the white dress is super cute for a summer photo shoot!

I love the dress!!
I chose two different dresses. We had our engagement pictures taken in the mountains for a rustic look.
My first dress was a dusty blue and then my second one was white.

Hi Johanna! You can wear whatever you want for your engagement photos!! But I definitely recommend wearing 2-3 outfits for your shoot so you have options! You can do a casual and a formal outfit, or just switch up your colors - but I didn't end up loving the way my 1st outfit photographed so I was SO happy I had half my photos in my 2nd outfit!!
