What thing's you've purchased for the wedding

I've purchased the Etsy templates for our table numbers, save-the-date backing (and the actual save-the-date wooden magnet), bachelorette party Etsy template, bridesmaid proposal boxes, materials for making the wedding favors, and have tons more to purchase (place cards, seating chart, etc).

My FH wishes I used the same template for everything.

Hmmm I don't think there was anything in particular but I do feel like maybe there is and he didn't say anything

Lol he got to the point of telling me to stop buying for the wedding. Last thing he got upset about was that I bought myself a beauty and the beauty perfume and ugly sweater beast shirt for him for our Disney cruise. But then wants a full on pirate costume since I got mine on sale and he doesn't have one for the cruise since he didn't want to dress up. I've been sending stuff to my moms house for the wedding lol

My FH has been pretty chill about everything I've bought because I have done a lot of DIY and found good deals on everything else. Today, he actually added something to the list of things to buy. In all fairness, he is right about it because the floor of the chapel we are getting married in is kind of ugly and could use an aisle runner to cover it lol!

My FH just looked in our guest room for the first time in months 🙈 he found a lot of wedding boxes and it scared him. He’s like, “at least tell me they’re full of stuff and not half empty or even empty...” then he asked me if I can still pay my bills 😂

😂😂😂😂😂!!! The GOT IT at the end is hilarious!!! I'd say these vases. They were on freaking sale for $8 bucks, originally $22 and WE NEED at least 30 for our backdrop. The thing was that you could only use 1 coupon at a time and really only once a day. Buttttt I grabbed one, used my coupon and left out the exit door only to return right thru the entry door 😂 we did this 5 times. I decided to give it a break as we were running out of cashiers to go to. So I went home, had dinner and was supposed to take something to my moms house but I went back to the store instead and got 5 more. I tried to sneak them in the house but the bags were too loud lol. He was so mad...mainly because I went alone and it was pretty close to closing time (gotta love him😍) buttttttt it had to be done lol!

I ask..do we need this? He will say yes or no. We technically don't need to decorate at all but I want it to be pretty. I bought 48 sets of fairy lights and just texted him the other day about buying six more lanterns..because they were on clearance and were better than the other ones..I love you!? He sees it all come together and hasn't been upset about anything yet. Then again..its my money. Haha

I have not purchased one single item yet lol.

My FH hasn't gotten mad yet, but he knows my knickknack habits and is marrying me anyway! I did purchase like three veils before finding one I liked, so he was a bit....concerned, but I promised this one is my last one.

Hmmm let's see lol.... he wasnt too happy about the save the dates (he didn't think they were necessary)

Mine is the guest book. I wanted a Polaroid guest book. Which then turned into a photo booth so people could just use those for guest book. FH says “or we can just put a book out and people can sign their names...” BUT my parents are paying for the wedding and it was my moms idea so 🤷🏼‍♀️

I haven't had any push back on anything because I've been saving my butt off. I have auto drafts into savings each paycheck so I'm technically spending my own money. Please try to argue with me on that one. Ya won't win.

FH has been pretty chill about it. He is all about having a nice wedding within reason of course... I wish I hadn't spent so much on my dress, only because I found it used for like 60% off on stillwhite.com lol but I love it.

honestly i did a DIY wedding but STILL spent a good chunk of money .. its a wedding lol it costs $$$$$

we argued on the cost of the photographer mostly. other than that he didn't say much but only because i used my CCs so he didn't really know how much

Not totally related, but FH wanted to skip a dinner for the rehearsal. He said they didn't need to be fed and could just drink water from the water fountain

Mine hasn't even mentioned reception nor rehearsal dinner yet. I think for our rehearsal dinner we're just doing pizza or something very low key and cheap😂😂😂
