I am trying to decide what song I am walking down the aisle too...are you doing the wedding march or are you walking down to another song?

My fiance loves writing music so he is writing a song and a old high school friend of mine is singing it (she can blow!).. But the catch is I can't hear it until the day i'm walking down the aisle.. smh... I'm nervous! But I will have faith!! lol

Im walking down (as of now) to Babyface you are so beautiful...I love music so I have a tendency to go back and forth though I have been settled on this song for a little while now.

I am not sure if Canon in D is it or an instrumental of , In Your Wedding Dress .... it was a song played on One Tree Hill when Peyton and Lucas were married.

It is by Matt Nathanson... maybe not the right name but it is in your wedding dress and it will start with those words not the first stanza.

If we use canon in d which I think at the church it would be more approperiate we are going to dance to this song.. somewhere in the wedding=]

I'm walking to Moon River from Breakfast at Tiffanys. My grandma passed away last spring and she loved that song, so that's my small way of incorporating her without it being in everyones face.

I also have been looking up songs to walk to, and have always thought the traditional song was canon in D. I read last night that the canon in D piece was actually written for a funeral.. I was mortified at the thought of putting my marriage in the grave before it even begins.. so the search continues.. I did listen to Bridal March(instrumental) by Jonathan Cain, and thought it was really pretty! Good luck!!

A piano/violin duet of "One Hand, One Heart" from my favorite movie, West Side Story! It's the song Tony & Maria sang right after saying vows at their mock wedding [:

Our string trio is going to play "Can't help falling in love." The string version brings the song to a whole new level.

    Here's one example: http://youtu.be/DGvmtYjbNNc

Our's will be similar to the VSQ version, except for some of the notes will be different (it'll be based off of the Elvis version and not the Michael Buble version).

I'm thinking about All Your Life by Band Perry. We would have to cut out the part at the end but I love it.
