What size table did you use for your welcome table and your cake table ?

What is a welcome table? Is that where escort cards or displayed or the gift/guestbook table? The standard is a regular single banquet table. Same as for the cake at every wedding we have attended. But you can do whatever you wish.

For your welcome table it would depend on how much stuff you want to put on it and same for your dessert table. If you only plan to have a cake then it shouldn't be that big but if you want a cake, candy, donuts, and all other type of sweets then maybe 8ft to give everything room and so it wont look like everything is stacked on top of each other.

I don't think we're having a welcome table. We have a chart for seating (so no table required) a barrel for the cake (so no table needed) and a welcome sign that likewise doesn't need a table.

We do need a table for the birdcage which is being used to store our cards, but honestly, I have no idea what size it will be and I assume we will get whatever the venue has for us to use.
