What Part Of The Ceremony Are You Most Looking Forward To?

I am MOST looking forward to when my groom sees me for the first time when I'm nearing our ceremony site. I'll definitely be looking at his face. ❤

Oh, I love this post! My favorite part was when the officiant announced in the state of North Carolina I present to you the union of Mr. and Mrs. ☺️🥰

Mine was also when my husband saw me coming down the aisle. I loved his sweet face and he def. cried which caused me to cry. ❤️

I'm looking forward to our first 💋 kiss as a married couple.

I’m entering the ceremony site from a staircase, and my dad will be waiting for me at the bottom. I can’t wait to see my beau’s face when he sees me for the first time while I’m at the top of the stairs.

Seeing my better half when I walk down the aisle and hear him speak his vows. I will be bawling

This is hard, because I loved our entire ceremony. Prior to the wedding, I was looking forward to walking down the aisle (though we did a first look), the unity ceremony, saying "I do," the kiss, being announced as Mr. and Mrs. -- it all seemed so exciting!

Honestly, all of those parts were amazing! Being announced with everyone cheering was a wonderful feeling.

Our officiant also read excerpts of letters that we had written to each other but hadn't read yet. So hearing some of my husband's words for the first time in front of everyone was very touching! (We exchanged full letters after the wedding.)

We had a first look so my husband already knew what I would look when I walked down the aisle so my favorite part was the vows. My husband doesn't normally talk about his feelings in front of people so I liked that he actually expressed his feelings in front of people for us. He even cried which really surprised me and I might have secretly or not so secretly hoping he would.

I can’t wait for him to see me in my gown, and since we will have our honeymoon starting that night I am excited to see him looking at me coming out from bathroom in my bridal lingerie set from Honey Birdette and the xxx tools as his wedding present 🤪❤️🌶

I really loved seeing my husband's reaction when he first saw me. Our entire wedding plan was scrapped and we literally let our photographers decide our ceremony site about 10 minutes prior to our wedding, so I didn't really know what to expect at that point, but seeing him on the verge of tears as I walked toward him really cemented how special the commitment we were about to make to each other was.

So he and I got on the topic of what the "best" part of a ceremony is, and while I think I can narrow mine down to 2-3 favorite parts (though I think the whole ceremony is the best part), my fiance was completely undecided lol.


All of those sound like they were super sweet moments at your wedding! I love that you guys had written letters to each other, and heard parts of the letters at the altar - that is such a beautiful touch to your ceremony!
