What does the wedding party pay for and what does the bride and groom pay for?

The bridal party usually pays for their outfit. Bridesmaids pay for their dress, and groomsmen pay for their tux/suit.

Extras for the girls: hair/makeup, jewelry, shoes is for you to decide who pays. If you are making something madetory (they have to wear a certain shoe or necklace or use your hair stylist) then you should pay. If it is up to them what accessories and hair/makeup then they pay.

Bride and Groom cover everything else for the wedding.

Typically the BP will pay for their dress/tux. That is all they are required to pay. If they offer anything else it's great. If you make them get their hair or makeup done professionally you should pay for it.

BP Usually pays for their clothes. As for brides family and grooms family, we chose to pay for the wedding ourselves and not ask for help unless someone offered.
