I said yes to this dress yesterday! I am so excited and happy - but now i think I’m looking at it too much and having second thoughts - has this happened to anyone else?

Also, I have been frantically checking the internet trying to find it online because I want to see what it’s supposed to look like in the right size, but I literally cannot find it anywhere. The brand is 5th and Main which I’ve NEVER heard of and it’s not coming up online at all either which makes me nervous. The bridal shop I bought it from is very reputable so I’m not sure why I wouldn’t be able to find it. Does anyone have any input on this? Thank you!

I think the dress looks great on you. I'd suggest you stop looking at pictures of it, or pictures of other dresses. Will help stop that "dress regret" feeling.

Are you sure that was the name of the designer? Does the bridal shop list their designers on their website? Closest name I've found is Park & 5th

Your dress looks fantastic! I also questioned it in the days after I bought my dress. It literally made me cry with happiness that it was so perfect on, yet I could barely sleep in the following days as I questioned it. I saw someone else say to stop looking at pictures and I think that's good advice. Be happy you got an amazing dress that looks great on you and try to be happy that it's done and it's one more item checked off.

Not looking at pictures is great advice. I know I tend to stare at pictures until I find something to pick apart, so I made a point not to have any pictures on hand of me in my dress. Could the bridal shop tell you the style number to help you find pictures online?

Thank you, Alyssa! I actually called the bridal shop and they said 5TH and Main is actually an exclusive brand only through them so I won’t find it online?? I’m not sure if that’s a good or bad thing. I was so excited and in love with the dress that I barely asked questions about the brand because I guess it doesn’t really matter as long as you like the dress.

I guess it doesn’t really matter who the designer is as long as I love the dress but I’m kinda disappointed. As I said in another comment, I was so overwhelmed and exited the day I bought the dress that I didn’t really ask for more details on the brand. I just assumed it was a designer. What do you think of this?

There are people who will make great custom dresses who are not recognized designers. You have the dress you love and that is what counts. People are not likely to ask who the designer is. They will see how beautiful you are in your dress.

I feel like I've heard about arrangements like that on Say Yes to the Dress or something, but I can't say I've run into it in person. But as long as it's a reputable shop that can get you the dress you want, then I don't think there's an issue I'm sure you could find a similar style from a bigger designer and look around to find pictures of brides in those dresses too!

A lot of bridal stores will have exclusive designers and are super possessive of their designs so you won't see anything online. It looks stunning on you. I had the same struggle with my dress (I was bouncing between 2), but the best thing is just to trust your gut and go with it.
