Call me cheap but i can't justify paying so much for a bouquet. lol I will purchase 24 white roses for $5 and gather them together, wrap them with flower tape and then a cloth wrap that costs $9.99 at Hobby Lobby which I will get at 50% off. I might even throw in a few hydrangeas that i can buy at $3.50 each. (At this DIY price - I will play around with making a bouquet to practice well ahead of time just to ensure I can make it)

As for the boutonnieres and the BM bouquets - I will buy two packs of 24 roses for $10 and make them myself too.

I know florist with experience do beautiful things but if I know I can get it done for $10-15 it bothers me that I get quoted over 1000% more for the same item.

I guess it just a matter of importance to you and if you can afford it or have something specific in mind and do not feel comfortable putting one together - then go for it.

I was quoted $150 for this. I was actually shocked. I thought it would be closer to $250. Although I did request some peonies in my bouquet, they are locally in season during my wedding week.

It truly depends on the flowers you select. If you want peonies , calla lilies, dahlias or orchids your bouquet will be more expensive.

My bouquet is $250 and will have ranunculus, roses, garden roses, spray roses, dusty miller, wheat and queen anne's lace. My bridesmaids will have a small version of my bouquet and are $95 each.

My bouquet is costing $130, but I have a lot of multiple blooming flowers. (Hydrangeas) my bridesmaids are carrying a single stemmed Rose.

I believe mine was around $300 - peonies, gardenias, and ranunculus.

ETA: It looks small there, but was fairly good size - and heavy.

I'd say for BM $50-$100, and for brides $100 -$200. If you want to go down the price go simpler and with common flowers (typically the type you see regularly in the grocery store). Personally, I would go for a simple flower for the BM (hydrangeas for example) and a more extravagant look for the bride.

My bouquet was 150 (all roses) and my bridesmaids are all 75. But I got flowers all in season and I told her I want to keep the cost down seeing I have 7 bridesmaids.

So we're not in the same area, but my florist actually has a wedding flowers calculator. They have three tiers of prices: simple, modern, and extravagant and provide average prices around that price point. I'll put the link below. It's labeled "Wedding Flower Calculator" on the page.

I was quoted $200 for my bouquet of different types of roses, peonies, hydrangea, and a little greenery. I think my BM bouquets are $45 each for hydrangea, roses, and greenery
