What are your favorite cake flavors?

Your FH's cupcake choice sounds like the best cupcake in the history of cupcakes.

Red velvet, almond with raspberry filling, carrot cake, chocolate with Oreo cream cheese filling, key lime with key lime cream cheese frosting, lemon with cream cheese frosting.

I am a huge fan of any cupcake! But in the event I was forced to choose a favorite, I think Red Velvet. Chocolate with salted caramel icing is also really yummy.

My absolutely favorite is lemon. I think I want vanilla bean cake with a lemon custard or mousse. He likes white and chocolate. I'm going to let Mister choose a flavor for the main cake, but for his Groom's Cake, I'm going to do a vanilla cake with a nutella mousse! It's going to be Batman themed and I'm surprising him with this cake topper.

We're doing three--almond cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry filling, kahlua brownie cake with dulce de leche filling, and carrot spice cake with ginger and cinnamon filling. So excited!

Our cake will be chocolate and vanilla. No grooms cake (groom's request). The lady making my cake makes the most amazing vanilla cake. It doesn't hurt that these are my two favorite flavors!

I love chocolate cups cakes with a whipped cream style frosting, or a marshmallow style frosting.

I also love vanilla (cup)cake with either a fruit filling, or a cream filling and fruit topping.

I also love anything with coconut, and anything with a hazelnut flavour (like nutella). Somewhere in there, I would probably choose a red velvet just because it is a fan favourite.

One of my favorite cupcakes is a chocolate cupcake with chocolate mint frosting. Super rich, and amazing.

Red Velvet is always a crowd pleaser too...you could always see if there's a seasonal favorite at her shop. Something fruity for summer, etc.

(example: We're getting a pumpkin spice bundt because the wedding is in November)

I want all the cupcakes!!!!! Yea, I like all of them. But I think my ultimate fave is white cake plus a light chocolate mousse. Heaven.

We are doing an 8in almond cake for cutting.

Almond, Chocolate, and Spice cupcakes, and of course cream cheese mints. I live in the Midwest, is this a thing everywhere else?

Chocolate, vanilla, and lemon or orange would be my choice.

Okay - So it looks like more people like lemon than I thought! Yay - maybe we will do that as one of the cupcake flavors. I am doing a grooms cake for FH - so maybe I can have it be the candybar chocolate, peanut butter one that he likes.
