I find words to be distracting especially if it is a popular song. A lot of popular songs have instrumental or orchestra versions that I think are more appropriate. And if you are doing a song with lyrics try not to lip sing lol, I was at a wedding were the bride was absent mindedly mouthing the words as she walked down the aisle. It didnt help that she was walking alone and looked like she was talking to her self....
