Welcome packet ideas for guests

I have a few people who have booked to stay in the hotel for our wedding. Of course i would like them to feel welcomed and thank them. I thought of doing a little packet with things to do, and ideas. What are you all doing, or any ideas??

We got white gift bags from the dollar store and got some brochures about things to do in the area from a nearby rest stop on the highway. We’re going to include a little thank you note in each bag as well as something informing them about the rehearsal dinner. We’ll also throw in a couple snacks like chips or candy, and I bought travel sized hand sanitizers from bath and body works.

I got a day of template from Etsy, that allows multiple edits & multiple pages. I used a specific variation for the wedding party (mainly bc I’m so tired of repeating myself - lol) and then I created a 4x sided card for our guests. I did a guests time line, a wedding party, some fun facts about us: when we met, a few fun jokes about us, states ppl are traveling from & a page of “things to do”. Once I get the final headcount (or close to it) I’ll order them from CVS.

I haven't figured out the rest yet. Lol
