Weight loss program that actually works!

I am in no way a part of this product, I just want to know if anyone has tried it on here? My FHs friend is on it and has lost 20 pounds in 2 months.

Love how it detoxes you first and from that alone you lose weight. This will sound gross, but the rep that i talked to says no matter how much u work out or diet some people still dont get hardly any results because of all the old poop inside of you! i never even thought about it that way! You only lose enough weight that ur body needs and after that u just maintain it. Please no negative comments!

    Jillian Michaels swears the best cleanse is drinking a ton of water.

    I'm always afraid to put stuff like this into my body. Who really knows what's in it. People do it, but I just can't.

    Agree with We'llAlwaysHaveParis; drinking a ton of water everyday is safer and healthier. Once I cut down on alcohol and then pretty much only drank water and tea (sometimes orange juice), I started losing weight. First, I lost the water weight that your body hangs on to when you're dehydrated. When your body gets used to constantly being replenished with water, it stops holding some in, making you bloated.

    I drink around 12 cups of water a day and it has done wonders with helping me to lose weight, but also to just feel better in general.

    Sorry but u can tell me to drink 8 cups of water a day till I'm blue in the face and I still won't do it. I can't force myself to drink water all day I just can't, I've tried and it doesn't work. For me it's crunch time. I'm about 30 pounds overweight and something needs to give.

    I've been eating healthy and exercising for 1 month now and there's no difference, so I'm doing it! Especially since I've heard from people I know that it works and u feel sooo much better when ur on it.

    Eat right. And exercise. That's the way to do it. I do jillian michaels work out videos...love them!!

    @future mrs. B- i was married 8/17/12 and we are now planning our renewal...so we are kinda date twins! Funny thing is i'm already a mrs. B....same month & date, and same start of last name.

    @alexandra- is this kind of the same thing?

    @abby- I already exercise and eat healthy and it hasn't really worked like I'm hoped it would...I need to detox, like I said in the beginning(get all the old poop out, and then u start seeing results). Ur pretty much restarting ur body like u were when you were 16. Sign me up!

    And yay kind of date twin! Lol

    I used to say that about water too, Mrs. B. Until the scale hit 245. Then i knew something had to change and so i gave up cokes cold turkey, and started downing about 6 cups of water a day. Its gross and sometimes it gives me a stomachache but ive lost 9 pounds in three weeks.

    @moria- if u read the link it says that this is a temporary thing u have to do, once u get down to ur goal weight u just maintain it.

    Thanks for ur advice ladies but I stated that I already eat healthy...haven't had soda or fast food since January and I DON'T notice much difference. I also do brazil butt lift workouts 3 days a week and run 1 day a week.

    Something's gotta change FAST and this isn't working...I'm gonna give the xanolean a try.

    Metamucil. Fiber. That is, if you're having a hard time pooping. Take it for a few days and then you'll be regular. BUT FYI, it doesn't HELP you lose fat. If you're worried about that, no cleanse is going to melt the fat off, you may loose weight, but it'll be backed up poop.

    I will always recommend Weight Watchers for weight loss. It breaks bad habits and teaches you how to eat healthy. It also works. I'm down 13lbs in 1.5 months.

    If sounds like your mind is already made up so, let us know how it goes. Good luck.

    btw, I add lemon juice or those Crystal Light (and other brand) flavor packets to water to make it easier to get all that water in too.

    Thanks Paris. Yes my mind is made up, I will definitely post results after a month with pics. I do the Mio with my water but I still can't drink 10 glasses a day.

    @halloween bride- I have no problems pooping I just want to get rid of all the bad toxins and dried out poop that just sits in your body. Yea gross lol but that what this does.

    Seriously guys read the link it explains it all and read reviews on it, sounds amazing to me!

    I don't know, I always stay away from these quick solutions. It sounds too good to be true, the old fashioned way of diet and exercise is working for me, so I really have no reason to stop. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

    FH and I know actual people that are using this right now! And is working for them so I don't think it's to good to be true I think they finally created a program that works! Also they have a FB page...The suddenly slim team. Real people post on there that it works for them too!

    I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this before, that's all thanks!!

    No I don't want to eat less I just want to eat the right foods and this helps you with that.

    Again I just wanted to know if anyone has tried this lol that's all!!!

    Well it looks like the reviews are all amazing because if you look into First Fitness, they are essentially similar to a MLM organization or if anyone remembered the times of Amway. I'd be wary - don't spend much $$ and don't get conned into trying to sell the stuff either.

    Weight Watchers here too. I've lost 75 lbs so far...still going.

    "Detox" just clears the poop/water weight out of your system. It is a temporary loss, and it can upset your good bacteria balance.

    I hope it works for you! Make sure you take before & after pictures and share your results with us.

    The only thing that has ever worked for me is busting my ass in the gym 5 days a week. It sucks, but I go every day before work for an hour and a half. I like to eat, so I have to offset it somehow Smiley smile
