Wedding wrap / sweater / thing - advice please!!

We're having a winter wedding, so I want to have something I can wear over my dress if it gets chilly, and to take some outside photos. I can NOT decide what to wear. FH likes the chunky knit sweater idea the best, but I'm not totally sure. What do you think about these options? Or have you seen something that would work better?     Of the three you are posting I think the last one would be the best match ... IMO The dress looks very light weight and the others would be a bit "heavy" looking. Love the lace cutout on the sweater... Best bet would be to try them on with the dress... also maybe try a shrug instead of a full sweater...to cover the shoulders and arms... Just a thought

    I love the first sweater, in general, but I think it will make your dress look much more "plain" and very casual. If that's the mood you're going for, then it works.

    Are you going with the colors pictured? I think the first sweater in a cream or ivory would look great for a shabby chic wedding. I think the second one's sequins kind of throw off the casual theme. If the colors shown are your options, I would go with the third one. It won't weigh down your dress, it's not too dark, and that lace back is very shabby chich and totally awesome!

    Thanks everyone - it's definitely a "shabby chic" kind of wedding. And our colors are neutrals - cream, light gray, taupe, with sparkly champagne colored accents. kind of like the photo below
