Anyone have any luck embedding a Google form into a custom page for your website? I want to do a survey using Google Forms. Thanks in advance!

That sounds like a question for WW support:

support.weddingwire.com to see if you can find an answer there, if not email support@weddingwire.com.

If not, you should be able to at least link to the survey if not embed it.
