Hello! My husband and I got married on November 30th and we still haven’t gotten our video from the wedding yet. I completely understand that it takes time to create a wedding video, especially when there are many others that company has to create, but I haven’t been updated much on the progress of mine. I emailed them a little over a month ago asking how everything was going, and they said they had my video and 5 others in the works and that I should have my video by the end of the month (in January). It’s now mid February and I haven’t heard anything. Should I email them again and how should I approach it? I don’t want to be annoying but I just really want my video!! Thank you gals 💕

    Did they tell you how long it would take? Like my contract for my pictures says 12 to 16 weeks before I get them all back

    If your contract doesn't specify a delivery date, then I think it's perfectly reasonable to email again and mention that they had told you you'd receive it by the end of January and you would like an update on its progress. As long as you're polite, I don't think it's an issue.
