Definitely bookmarking that! Thanks I already have guest list, budget, and gifts received spreadsheets but the day of timeline one looks good too. They keep me organized!

I wish I had been that organized!

I made spreadsheets for guests/RSVPs, gifts received/thank yous sent, and for vendors. The vendor spreadsheet was actually really helpful. Once everyone was booked I sent it to our DOC and she sent it to all the vendors so they could all be in touch with each other.

These are great, thanks! Although I created my own guest list spreadsheet I like their format a little better and I never even thought to lightly pencil in #s on the RSVP cards in case they came back without names.
