What are the songs you plan to have for your first dance and (if you're having one) father daughter dance? I'm having a hard time coming up with a song for me and my dad. The only one that comes to mind is "I've been watching you" (country song) part of the words are "I've been watching you, dad ain't that cool I'm you're buckaroo I wanna be like you, eat all my food and grow as tall as you are...I wanna do everything you do, 'cause I've been watching you" That's how I was with my dad when I was little, I looked up to him a lot, I wanted to be a carpenter like him and makes stuff like he did, but that song is too fast to dance to, any suggestions?? FH and I are leaning toward "Forever Young" by Meatloaf for our first dance, the song as meaning for both of us because he used that song to dedicate his senior shout-out in band to me (which was read at the senior banquet) and it's kind of been our song since
