Wedding Shoes/Heels DMV(dc,maryland,Virginia) brides where did you buy?

I actually bought my shoes for the civil ceremony from heels.com. Every time I go into a shoe store, they never have my size (5 - 5.5).

You can try DSW though. Also maybe the fancier stores in Tyson's Corner. They will probably be having after-Christmas clearances throughout January to get rid of stock.

I bought mine at Nordstrom.

I returned my first pair from DSW because they were too high, but, they have a lot of good options. Nordstrom in general would be good, and the Nordstrom Bridal Suite at Tyson's Corner had a lot of pretty wedding shoes.

What/where is DMV? Where I am that stands for department of motor vehicles, AKA where you get your driver's license.

FH bought my shoes for me on ebay. They are Nine West brand, and only cost him $20.00!

@soontobemrslittle not getting married until October I'm getting married in Anne Arundel County but I live out near the St Charles/PG county line.

I bought mine from ShoeBuy.com. I found the ones I liked on another site, and then went searching for the best price. They came really quickly and I love the shoes.

I bought my heels from Stein Mart and my flats from TJ Maxx.

I bought from Zappos. I ended up in Old Navy flops before pictures were over.

DMV is a stupid name people started calling "DC, MD, and VA." However, most of us that have lived here awhile don't particularly want to be associated with each other and don't like it (ESPECIALLY MD and VA. Ask a Marylander about VA drivers...or DC/VA drivers about MD drivers)

@stephanie you are right about the drivers lol that's why traffic in our area is HORRIBLE. A big melting pot of different drivers, I deal with it daily I live in PG but work in Alexandria.

Traffic? Don't even get me started! I live in Southern California and work in Anaheim.... Traffic sucks.

I agree that Nordstrom in Tyson's has great options. I went to a few DSWs in the area and saw some really nice shoes but they all had extremely high heels.

I ended up finding my shoes online on macys.c and amazon.com. I have weird feet, too but I chose those two online places because they have free returns. :-)

I bought my wedding shoes from David's bridal. I've also had good luck with shoebuy.com and they have free return shipping if they're not right.
