Wedding planning during covid19

Britt, on April 7, 2020 at 4:45 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 3
Hello everyone. So we are supposed to be getting married June 12th. As of now our venue has not allowed us to postpone. But it has made planning a little confusing. My fiancé and his groomsman have not been fitted for a suit. Luckily I bought my dress, and alterations are already underway before the shops closed. Just wondering what we can do for the men’s suits. What have other grooms/groomans searched to find suits and have them shipped or ready in time? We are located in Southern California. Thanks for any advice!

Could you try finding something at a store like Macy’s or Kohl’s that will ship anywhere?

You should check out the black tux. He can do a suit or tux try to, and schedule a rental or purchase for the wedding day!

    Hi Britt,

What a challenging time to plan! I'm so glad you have your dress at least.

Here's a discussion about menswear: Men's Warehouse. It sounds like people have had positive experiences. I've heard good things about The Black Tux as well.

Also, WeddingWire recently published an article about How to Get the Wedding Dress Shopping Experience From Home During COVID-19 . (It applies to the guys too!) If you've already contacted all of your local menswear stores, then I recommend expanding your search area. Online/virtual shopping could be a great way to explore options right now.

Good luck with your June wedding! Smiley heart
