I would recommend just getting a regular notebook or binder and printing off the checklist from wedding wire or another one that you can find for free on Pinterest! I got an actual wedding planner when I started planning and the only section that I’ve really used is the notes section lol the rest is just almost too much. You really just need a place to write down important dates and info and jot down ideas

Basicinvite.com has a free printable one that I really like. I printed it off at the office and stuck it in a binder.

I just started lists in Excel. A tab for every category and I can print them as need be so my binder is up to date and not all scribbled out. I just update it as I need to and reprint about once a week.

I use the Wedding Wire app for my checklists and such, but have a binder to keep contracts and any paper materials from vendors in. If you want a paper checklist, search Pinterest for one you like and then print that out to stick inside.

I’d check amazon. I got a wedding planning notebook with lists and everything for $7.99 on there.

I purchased a regular binder, a hole puncher and I added all of my vendor contracts, guest list, receipts etc. That way I can keep everything together. Someone gave me a wedding planning book so I am just making copies of what I need and then I will add it in the binder as well.

Staples or any place with office supplies. Get a 3 ring-binder, dividers with pockets and some clear sheet protectors. Done!

I have a regular 3 ring binder that I printed pages out for... and haven't touched once.

I bought a 2 year planner from Walmart and write everything in there. I have a checklist in the margins for monthly tasks. I also use the knot app checklist.

SAME!! I have Excel Spreadsheets with Tabs and Word Documents with details. They are all in one file "Wedding Stuff" and I also save vendor contracts, vendor quotes, and other important documents in there. I do have a wedding binder that my mom gifted me but it's more for sentimental value. You can always be on the lookout for one later for sentimental value if you wanted one. Charming Charlies had their 2018 wedding planners available in January 2019 for CHEAP. You could always do something like this later if you wanted to do so. Honestly my computer has been my biggest wedding life saver.

GoogleSheets (like Excel that you can access on any device & edit easily) & a wedding folder on my laptop keep everything perfectly organized & without scribbles, paper waste, or having to carry a heavy binder when we meet with vendors etc. 🙂 FH & I both have access to our GoogleSheets document, so we’re both always updated with progress, tasks, budget etc.

Google sheets has a premade wedding planner spreadsheet set and it's free. You could print it our and put it in a binder or you could keep it digital
