More times than not there will be different questions that one will ask and another wouldn't. It's all based on the needs of that specific person. If you haven't already, you can definitely look at Here Comes The Guide and Martha Stewart Weddings to get an idea of what you might want to ask.

1. Does he/she handle the vendor services, contracts, and payments?
2. Do they handle the RSVP and guest coordination?
3. Do they handle the rentals?
4. What is their preferred specialty? i.e. coordinating or styling?
5. How many weddings have they planned this year and how many will they be doing around your special day?
6. Can they handle constructive criticism?
