I planned my wedding in 7 months and it was a great timeline. Download “the knot” app and use the checklist. I just made sure to stay on top of everything on there and it went smoothly. I didn’t have a planner but I had a day of coordinator.

Hire a wedding planner, they will guide you along in the process and take off a lot of the stress you are feeling! Well worth the expense.

First congratulations!! Second I think this is the time to make sure you're prioritizing AND ask for help. Make lists, set reminders on your phone and try to enjoy this time as much as possible, I know that's always easier said than done. Good luck!
