Wedding planner & organizer book?

I have the official Knot planner and organizer, but I've mainly been storing everything in Google Drive. My MOH and BMs all live far away, so that has made it the easiest way to share info. Then I have folders with vendor bids, contracts, spreadsheets tracking deposits, addresses, etc. I tried to use the book, but everything is digital now it's just easier that way.

I got the EC one and have a binder and spreadsheets.

I just have a binder with dividers for different areas (ceremony. reception, vendors, DIY projects, contracts). I used some month calendar printables that I use to keep track of all my appointments. I print out all my inspiration photos and put them in sheet protectors. It works well for me! :-)

I also got The Knot binder and used it in the first few weeks of planning, I'm glad I had that to start with, I bought it on amazon for like $20. I've been using the online checklist and have a few spreadsheets through Google Sheets. I like that I can access them anywhere, whether I'm at work or at home on my iPad

I bought a binder with a pouch in the front (to keep pens and scraps), then bought page protectors (for contracts and important documents), and business card pages (obviously for vendor business cards, but also for receipts), and tab dividers. Then I just printed my own calendars and put some lined paper in the back to jot notes on. And I completely love my binder! I MAINLY use online lists and apps, but I really love physically having my binder at appointments
