Wedding planner or wedding coordinator?

If you already have a major part of your wedding planned and you don't feel like you need someone to hold your handle throughout the entire wedding process then I would hire a day of coordinator. There are also month of coordinators who basically help you the last month of your wedding planning.

Once I got to the venue, I was SO CALMED because my DOC was handling absolutely everything.

I highly recommend a day of coordinator! Having a point of contact for vendors and someone to make sure everything is set up correctly and flows properly is SO nice! Our DOC took care of everything (including set up and break down) and really made it stress free and simple for us.
