The best thing for me was to buy a 3" binder with tabs and page protectors and make my own. I printed out templates and guides online and edited them to fit what I needed. I also bought folder inserts for paper samples and business cards. That way I could add and subtract pages and bring just a few sheets with me to venues instead of the entire binder.

I love my Southern Weddings Wedding Binder. It honestly has everything you need in one place — you should check it out!

We're just using the checklist on here, and google spreadsheets, and we're putting hard copies of documents in a binder. Most planners I found to be crazy expensive.

My friend got me one from Michaels. Cant recall the name right now, but it has been super helpful for me.

I downloaded a comprehensive checklist off Etsy and purchased a binder/pages from Amazon and made my own for about $10.00.
