Wedding Photos near Sterling, nj

Hi everyone,
We are getting married at the Primavera Regency in Sterling, NJ and I am finding it difficult to figure out where to take our first look photos. We were told that most likely there will be another wedding before ours, which means that we cannot use the venue to take pictures beforehand. My fiance and I have looked at a few of the arboretums or gardens nearby, however everywhere I look seems to have different fees or rules against party buses. I'd love to know where others are planning to go or maybe went for their weddings in the area. Thanks for any help! -Kristin
