Wedding Make-Up & Hair Cost Average?

I'm paying $140 for my makeup on the day of the wedding and my bridesmaids are $75 without lashes. My trial was $75. Hair around here if you go to the salon is usually $125 for the bride and $100 for bridemaids.

150 for bridesmaids for both, 185 for bridal for both. Ask her how much she charges and whatever she says just say your budget was x or 20 dollars less than what she said.

Those sound about right. I think I ended up paying $1450 for hair/makeup/mani/pedi for me, five bridesmaids, 2 mothers and a flower girl, which is $161 a person and maybe another $115 for hair and makeup trial. Just remember when you're factoring pricing that for hair and makeup you tip. Most salons are going to work tip into their pricing, but if you hire independently that's one of those vendors you usually add a little on top to.

When I booked by entire wedding party through my hair stylist, she gave me a free hair trial. Same with my make up artist. You should look into something like that.

Man I thought the $80 I'm paying for makeup was a bit pricy but I guess not!

I called around to a lot of places in the area but was looking for air brush makeup specifically. My cousin has a salon and one of the girls there (my cousin is in the wedding so I didn't want her to have to worry about it) would do hair and normal makeup for $75 each I know that was a good deal though!! The girl I'm going with does weddings/events on the side and for hair is $55 and for airbrush makeup and lashes is $35 I thought that was an awesome price. Idk what she will charge for trials.

I personally wouldn't have sephora girl do it. Girls at sephora don't need to have any training to work there, just sales training, they essentially just learn to do make up because they have to sell it. Just because it looked good in store doesn't mean she knows how to make it last 12 hours for your wedding or what photographs best. I have friends that work at sephora and though they do decent make up, I would never let them do my make up for a wedding.

Hi, mine is $160 for the hair & airbrush makeup including eyelashes.

Our cost is $50 per updo and $35 for makeup plus $10 for lashes if they are wanted. There is another $95 for trial and $20/pp to travel day of the wedding to our hotel. My bridesmaids are paying for themselves.

For instance if you live somewhere like NYC $400-$500 might be the average price whereas in Texas that would be $200 more than average. The best thing to do if you are shopping around is to contact multiple places, see what they offer and get a feeling for how professional they are.

Mine is $250 for hair and makeup to travel to my mom's house (where we plan on getting ready the morning of) with air brush make up and lashes. Trials are also included in that price.

I'm paying $170 for my makeup that includes a consultation. My sister in law is a hairdresser so she will be gifting me my wedding day do!

I paid $50 for my hair trial. Including tip I paid $700 for me and my 8 members of my bridal party.

I think mine is $775 total for hair and makeup for me, makeup for four bridesmaids and mom and MIL.
