Wedding Insurance…do i need it?

I am getting married in a couple of months and wondered if wedding insurance is needed? For those who are in the process of getting married, is it something that you have or are considering?

I would make sure it’s not a requirement for your venue. I know it is for mine

My venue required it in order for us to be married/have the reception there. It isn't all that expensive (though I realize that's a relative term). I was thinking it was going to be like $500-$1,000. I think I paid like $170 to cover what our venue required. I think if you're going to have alcohol served it's definitely worth it! Also, I'm in California, so yours might be less if you're in a different state!

We have to have it and with 120 guests it is in my state around $130
