It poured the day before my sister's wedding and she didn't have a floor to the tents, so everyone sank into the mud and she ruined her dress. I suggest a floor for your tents if you're outside.

If vendors are dropping stuff off, take an inventory to make sure everything that was supposed to be dropped off is. When my flowers were dropped off at my wedding last fall, they forgot my bouquet! Instead I had an extra bridesmaid bouquet. Thankfully the mistake was caught early enough, and the driver hadn't gotten too far, so she was able to turn around and bring the correct bouquet back.

Have a day of coordinator. Make sure you’ve gone through a list so they know what is going where and when. It’ll save you a lot of headache.

I would confirm all marriage licensing details with your county. Sometimes you cannot make an appointment until xx days before and then there's mailing time. I would further confirm with your officiant that he/she brings it to the ceremony and leaves with it. Idk but losing physical paper makes me nervous. Best wishes.

Check the flowers when they arrive! Make sure everyone who is supposed to get a bouquet, corsage, or boutonniere has one, and the correct one at that. Overall my wedding went surprisingly smoothly (still in shock almost six months later), but when the flowers were delivered to my hotel room, I didn't realize until after the driver had left that instead of a bridal bouquet, I had five bridesmaid bouquets! Thankfully the florist called me to say the driver wasn't too far away and was able to turn around. We made the extra bouquet my tossing bouquet, which my niece caught. Smiley flower
