Wedding Hashtags???

A wedding hashtag is a unique saying you come up with for your wedding that you can link your photos to! It doesn't use spaces, and often uses puns or cute sayings (for example, #SmittenWithSmith or #JohnsonPartyOf2). Guests can use it on social media to tag any pictures they take from your wedding, and when you click on the hashtag, you should be able to see all pictures from your wedding (as long as they have the hashtag listed).

Hi Nilda! They work the same as any other hashtag on Instagram & social media!! But when couples come up with a wedding hashtag they try to make it really unique so that when you click on the hashtag only pictures from their wedding come up!

It works well if you come up with a clever and easy-to-remember wedding hashtag and if your guests like to post lots of photos on social media!

Yes! That's exactly how it works!!

You can type in and search for your hashtag (or see it used in a friend's post), click on it and you will see all the pictures that have been posted using that hashtag!
