Hello! Does anyone know a seamstress in the DMV area that can bustle a heavy wedding dress? The dress is pretty heavy as its covered in beading/lace. I had my dress tailored but my seamstress said she could not bustle it or even add a wristband due to the weight. I took it to another seamstress to get a second opinion but she said the dress would end up ripping if its bustled. My wedding is a little over two weeks away so I am not sure if I should keep trying or just accept that I will have an un-bustled dress.
