    We are likely going to have a little BBQ shop cater our wedding. Originally, I wanted to do it ourselves (a simple BBQ plate), but the Mr. doesnt want to have to worry about much on our wedding day! Things arent set in stone, however, so we will see!

    Ooh that sounds amazing too!! Maybe you could still do like a Mexican bar with some Haitian food incorporated in? Like some fried plantains on the side? Are there many caterers in your area that have good Haitian food?

    Well a lot of my co workers are Mexican, so that's why we were having both.

    We hired a caterer. CN Catering. Their tasting was beyond anything I've had for vendor food and I am totally excited for my guests to indulge in their culinary expertise.

    We are using a local caterer from our venue's preferred vendor list. We have been very impressed with them so far, as the food is great and we are renting our linens and table settings from there also! They also have a complete clean up service afterward so we don't have to stress. We are going buffet style.

    Venue food-Our venue has an all inclusive package that includes a two entree buffet with 3 sides but their list includes over 20 choices of entrees to pick from.

    I definitely think some type of chicken and another meat like beef. I wanted to do a fish but after attending a wedding and seeing how many people didn't eat/try the fish, I don't want to waste and rather pick something I think people will eat.
    But hope I can get a few veggie plates separate if needed for a few people who don't eat meat.

    Family catered, since I don't want to be forced to have food that doesn't have my country's cuisine xD;;
