So are you paying the $350 for materials and trying to decide what to pay for the service? I'm not sure, but I think $200 sounds reasonable?

I'm guessing that you and the coworker never discussed pricing for her work? That's kind of unfortunate for you. What if she thinks her designs are the best ever, and she wants top dollar for her efforts? You should always discuss this kind of thing ahead of time, so there are no surprises.

If she really offered just to be nice, or as a gift, then yes, $200 is a reasonable "tip." But I think you should ask her straight up what you owe her for her services. If she says "oh, nothing, it was a gift" then you can feel free to "gift" her whatever amount you like.
