I ordered paper coffee bags with writing for our wedding favors, the bags are 5" w X 3.75" H, how many ounces of coffee beans will it take to fill one bag? We have 250 bags to fill.

Are you figuring on giving them enough coffee to brew one cup (6oz)? That's about 11 grams of ground coffee.

An ounce is more than enough for a mug of coffee. Most coffee mugs and tumblers are more than six ounces, typically 12-16oz.
