Wedding Dress Rejects: Let's Play!

I had so many rejects lol but here are a few. They all were so pretty but were usually missing something that I wanted. The last picture is the ONE. Which had everything I asked for.

The nos all came from David's Bridal. Unfortunately they didn't have big enough samples soooo none of the dresses I tried would hit me in the right spot so I look ridiculous and extra plus size imo.

I definitely think the top two were most flattering right off the bat!

Here are 4/7 dresses i tried on when finding mine (all of them were no’s, and the full picture is mine)

Girls! #tbt to when I tried on the ENTIRE Wild Heart collection from Rue De Seine! They were all incredible but they were not all incredible on me 🤦‍♀️ I’m not posting the one but here are a few I left behind... (can you tell I’m not a white ballgown bride?)

First I LOVE this post!! So much fun to see!! Here are a few of my rejects! They all lost because they were strapless and I loved the flowy feel the tulle dress gave!! Also the one with the like ruffles I guess they are lol looked HORRIBLE on my shape I’m a Aline girl for sure lol

This is SUCH a great thread. I love it. Here are a few of mine. Funny thing - I just saw on Instagram today that someone got married at my venue two weeks after me in the dress that has the dark tan underneath.

The first one was was my favorite from the first salon. The sizes there were so small I had to squeeze in so hard and it made my shoulders look ginormous. The others were mostly bad. I made a decision quickly.

My dress is at the end (obviously).

I only tried on 3 dresses, and I already had my dress (the last one) picked out and figured it would be the one. I just tried the others on to check out the styles and try to be open minded. But I knew I wanted tea length, plus it had the buttons the whole way down the back. You can tell my the look on my face the other two weren’t “the one.” 😂

This is such a cool post lol I love seeing all of the rejects. I tried on a ton that day and was super rushed so I didn’t take many photos but the first two pics was 2nd runner up and the last two are my dress 😊

First three I hated. Fourth is mine!(:

This was the only 1 of the rejects I kept a pic of because it honestly didn't look too bad in the mirror, I rather liked it, and my mother liked it too, but something wasn't right and we couldn't tell what it was lol. That was until she took this picture and showed me. It looked fine in the mirror from my 2nd person perspective, but once I got to see the 3rd person perspective from the camera, what everyone else would be seeing, I could only laugh at how short and chunky this dress made me look!

What a cute post !

Dress shopping was a nightmare for me, so I rejected them all and designed my own. It was cheaper than the crazy alterations that i would’ve needed ! I chose mostly Pronovias to try on.

Here are some of my rejects...I tried on oh so many ! And then, what I ended up designing through Anomalie.

The only picture I have is of my dress my sisters took pictures. I asked for the one of me in my dress.
