Hi Blair! Details I would recommend adding is
1. who is tearing down the reception decor and how will it be returned to you?
2. Time your vendors are arriving (cake, florist, minister, etc.)3. Who will hand you your toss bouquet (so you don’t have to find it)?4. Who will set out your cake cutters on cake table?
I created an excel spreadsheet of the time/task/ responsible person that helped a lot! Hope this helps!!! ❤️
