What are you planning to eat for breakfast and lunch on your wedding day?? You won't believe how many people totally forget to feed themselves (and their wedding party) on the wedding day!

Are you planning on some quick and easy take-out? Having your wedding party place sandwich orders someone can pick up? Or are you planning your wedding day meals around foods that are easy on your stomach, don't make you bloat, or to fuel up for a full night of dancing?

Everyone will be in different hotels so I have no idea lol. He might even be in a different hotel since we have overlapping hotel rooms due to timing. I told him to go play golf with the guys the morning of and he was over the moon excited. I have no idea what I'll do. I kind of just want to hang out in the room with just my son and watch a movie and have breakfast with him. I get overwhelmed with too many people around.

I will have someone stop to get some donuts on the way to the hotel and I will order pizza around noon before we get in our dresses to head to the venue!

We've ordered a fruit and wrap platter for both the ladies and men to nibble on during the morning.

We winded up ordering a pizza for lunch. The hotel we stayed at had free breakfast, so we all rolled down there to eat.

We are getting ready in a suite and I am making a breakfast casserole ahead to reheat the morning of. Thinking bagels and mimosas too.

I've been thinking about this for like the last month, lol. I'm thinking we're going to do some fresh fruits, baked goods, oatmeal, and yogurt parfaits from Panera for breakfast. For lunch, I'm not sure yet. We might get some snack platters to have prior to the ceremony as we'll have heavy hor d'ouevres for cocktail hour.

Following because I could use some ideas. I have a long gap between lunch and dinner so I definitely need to eat well at lunch. I definitely plan to eat some bananas and nuts because those tend to help me feel full

I don’t know what I’m going to do for breakfast or lunch. I know I was going to grab some coffee from a cute little café on my way to my hair appointment. But other than that idk.

I'm planning on a light breakfast with everyone, and having lunch brought in for everyone as we're getting ready.

We are getting ready in my hotel suite before we head off to the venue for my first look and pictures. I think for breakfast I will purchase some mini bagels and croissants, different cream cheeses, a fruit platter, orange juice (ok ok, and champagne for mimosas), coffee, and water.

To be honest, I didn't even think about lunch! My ceremony is at 3:30 and I know I will be haaangggrryyyy if I don't eat before then! I'm thinking maybe providing fixings for sandwiches, some fruit, and maybe some chips if anyone wants them. There is no takeout place nearby, so I'd likely have to have everything purchased the night before.

We will be at the church all day getting ready so my mom and I plan to go to the grocery store the night before and grab tons of food, pastries, breads, bagels, fruits, etc for breakfast as well as granola bars, gold fish, pretzels, easy things to snack on. Then we are ordering Publix sub platters with chips and sides/salads for lunch. All of this food will be at the church all day with us so the girls can eat as they please. We will have all of my bridesmaids, 3 moms, a toddler, and a few vendors with us so we plan to set it up and leave out for whomever to grab as they'd like!

We will have something light for breakfast! I'm planning on placing an order for a couple dozen scones/donuts/muffins from the local bakery that we can pick up the day before so when we're getting ready we can snack!

We won't do lunch since our wedding is at 1 and lunch/dinner is at 3. Plus if I eat at noon I'll probably have an upset stomach because of my nerves!

We are having a mini bagel/danish tray, a couple of breakfast casseroles and light sandwiches throughout the morning. We're still trying to find somewhere for the sandwiches, so maybe Chick fil-a, like someone else mentioned, would be a good idea! The girls are starting the day at 10 for our 6 p.m. ceremony.

    And, champagne/mimosas.

We have to be at the salon at 7:30am (GASP!) so I will have some fruit and bagels or pastries along with mimosas and coffee. Then, we will head to the airbnb my parents are staying in which is where we will get dressed so they are getting some trays of sandwiches and cheese and cracker type things.

For breakfast on my wedding day we bought some big fresh fruit platters and I picked up a Biscuitville party box (lots of assorted mini breakfast biscuits). We ended up doing a big Jersey Mikes order for lunch which worked out so well - we ordered online so everyone could order their exact sandwich!

Funnily enough - with my friends it always seems to be the groom and groomsmen who totally forget to make food plans or eat something! It's hard to be sympathetic when there are so many things you need to remember to bring and do as a bridesmaid, on top of getting up early to start the hair and makeup process. Smiley shame

My favorite "food experience" as a bridesmaid was at my friend's wedding in Philly - her caterer (shout out to Cescaphe ) prepped a huge private hors d'oeuvres layout for just the wedding party! When we arrived at the wedding venue after taking pictures they took us straight to a private side room where we could dump our bags and feast on our own private selection of appetizers. Everyone chowed down for a few minutes before joining the cocktail hour, and I thought it was such a cool and smart idea by the caterer!
