Wedding care package...?

Elicea, on April 22, 2010 at 7:10 PM Posted in Planning 0 10

My fiances cousin is getting married and her bridal shower is next month. I dont know her very well...have only met her once actually, so I dont really know what personal gift to get her. So, I decided to build a wedding care package. So far, I can only think to add a mini sew kit. haha. any tips? I am hoping to add some things that will be "in case of emergency" and somethings to help calm her the day of. The problem is I am not yet a bride and dont know what's best in that area. So if anyone has some suggestions on what they might like to see if they were given one, that would be so great! Thanks in advance! Smiley smile

What about snacks such as ritz bits with cheese I would say peanut butter but its such a alergic food I would not add it.

water bottles( a cute one would be if you can get her one with the wedding date on it thats refillable.)

something for teh night before would be bath fizzies or bomb to help her relaz.

I have a handout I give to my brides on how NOT to be a bridezilla. If you want me to send it to you, just drop me an email.

I think I would feel like I was being passive-aggressively sniped at if someone I didn't know very well gave me a handout on how not to be a bridezilla... I'd skip that.

I also recommend OxiClean Spray-A-Way over the Tide or Shout pens--it's by far the best stain remover I've used (and my pink hair tends to get on stuff a fair amount).

Chalk is a good one too. It works really well on white dresses to cover up spots from makeup or whatever.
