Water- How is it being served at your wedding?

We will just have bottled water. I hate it, but it's really the only feasible option for us.

I'm going to pick up a couple of cases of water. I have some guests who only drink water so I want there to be plenty. Whatever is left i'l drink at the gym. It's a fairly casual wedding, so the drinks will all be in coolers. I have one of my own, and several of my family members have offered to let us use theirs.

Labels sound like such a great idea!!

I got lucky with my venue, but I love the idea. They are doing fruit-infused water stations. I love the presentation of them - Just gorgeous!

I’ll be doing it in dispensers. With cucumber cut uobin it and maybe one with lemons. I don’t know if the caterer is doing bottled to refill with it not though and don’t mind either way. I cater weddings and we use tap so I’m fine if that’s what they do

We had servers who served water when asked for water and it was of the restaurants

We are having full sized water bottles and had custom labels made for them. They will act as an extra favor as well, if anyone decides to keep one. We will also have flavored ice water in a dispenser.

We provided our own bar and sodas, but my catering came with water and iced tea service with large dispensers. You should ask the caterer about this so it would be one less thing for you to think about.

Water dispenser for us. Provided by caterer. We are trying to minimize waste and plastic though.

Our caterers handles water (despite us providing alcohol and mixers for the bar). They did a couple of things: they had a dispenser set up pre-ceremony and through cocktail hour (I don’t think it was out during the reception). They also had servers and set water glasses (goblets rented through them) at each place setting, and they walked around refilling them out of pitchers all night. To be honest, I’m not sure where the water they were coming came from, haha. I mean, they brought it with them for sure, but I don’t know if it was just poured into the pitchers from gallon jugs or what 🤷🏻‍♀️. There was also bottled water available at the bar.

Prepoured in water goblets on the tables. DOC and servers purée refills during dinner.
