Hi everyone, For those of you who are purchasing your own alcohol for your wedding, how is your water being served? Are you serving them in dispensers, mini water bottles? What's the best way to go about this? Even if you have servers that will be refilling waters glasses, how are you buying them?...

For those of you who are purchasing your own alcohol for your wedding, how is your water being served? Are you serving them in dispensers, mini water bottles? What's the best way to go about this? Even if you have servers that will be refilling waters glasses, how are you buying them? How will you store them at your venue? Are you buying by the gallon or something else? Would love to know!!!

We will have water in bottles, I am taking maybe even do labels with our wedding. That way they will look pretty

I’m doing bottled water and bought labels so they look prettier, doing the same with glass bottles of soda. Our glass dispensers will have lemonade and peach italian soda(from scratch)

I had a caterer and bartenders, but they had a nice clear dispenser they used so people could walk up and just fill their cup with water really quick if they wanted (I’ll admit, I didn’t even realize it was there until I had asked the bartenders for water about 5 times. I was dancing my heart out ok 😂) I am assuming they just used tap water, but it was ice cold and the presentation was pretty.

We had water goblets at each seat, filled when guests sat down. Plus there were carafes on each table with water, and the catering staff filled them throughout the night.
