Vineyard Wedding Decor Help

Jacqueline, on February 1, 2020 at 11:36 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 6

I am getting married in a vineyard this June. I really like the moody vibe, but I'm wondering if I need to go with a more "airy" look? Will a darker look fight the actual surroundings? I need to figure out my centerpieces, ladies!

So I had a different color theme before I went to my venue(I’m also getting married at a vineyard). The grass and vines were so lush and green that we decided green was almost part of our color scheme because it was so beautiful and everywhere! So we’re doing all white centerpieces and I’m hoping that contrasts beautifully with the green.
My centerpieces are also all white but our actions dinner is in a ballroom so that works with the chandelier theme inside.
You can opt for centerpieces that are as simple/rustic/elegant as you’d like and they’ll all look great because the vineyard is a decor in itself ! Xx

That will look beautiful. The addition of white will be very elegant. This is wear I'm struggling... I'm two different people. lol I love the white idea too... but the moody calls to me.

Not at all! A moody palette will look darkly romantic in a vineyard!! Which color combo are you interested in? If we didn’t do a themed event I probably would have done a moody blue color palette. Love it. But the red/purple/black combo is sexy too.

I haven't completely decided on color. I know dark purple for sure... thought about adding a mulberry, dusty rose, dusty blue, grey, and black. I thought about doing colored candles in clear cylinders... maybe actually using grapes and perhaps plums in my decor. Everything is very "bright" inside the venue. So, I'm not sure if I'm fighting it with a moody look. I have to use the white table cloths.

Can you post pics of your venue? Ooh, tying in dark purples and using grapes in your decor (oooh! How about in your bouquet???) sounds rad.
