Good morning ladies, I just wanted to show you all the venue we have chosen. My FH and I are still working out dates, we are trying to get a home within the year and want to prioritize that before the wedding. This place has stolen our hearts so far and we can not wait to get a tour which will be coming soon, hubby just started working back up again. We are thinking October 2022, I'm still on the fence as to how to decorate the venue seeing as it already has its own character.

This is the ballroom it is called the Elizabethan ballroom and will be the reception.

The lights can be dimmed which I love

As for the centerpieces I want simple perhaps candles, minimum flowers.

I am just so excited that its moving along and that we can plan around our venue.

    It's gorgeous! I think the linens and centerpieces in your inspiration photos are beautiful. Personally, I'm not a fan of chair covers (they always make me think of little kids dressing up as ghosts... Smiley winking ), so I'd probably skip those. Congrats!

    Gorgeous venue! Your centerpieces are perfect & elegant. Your venue doesn’t need other decor, unless you want uplights to bring in your wedding colors.

    I agree that it speaks for itself. Not much decor needed, which helps you guys out with saving money. It is beautiful and I love the centerpiece idea. Good luck!!!

    Congrats! It’s always exciting (and a weight lifted) when the venue is found. It makes everything feel so real. And I love, love, love all of the dark wood. I’m also a bit biased because we have an unconventional venue and the reception room has lovely wood walls similar to those. You selected a beautiful venue. Happy planning!

    Thank you, I am still on the fence about uplights, I think once we tour the venue and play with the lamp settings we'll have better opinion.

    Thank you, and yes for sure I was stressing about other things and how they would fit in the venue or with it, but this one is perfect for us. I can plan around the venue. I am always biased to wood walls I feel they bring an ambiance to the venue, I have not see my ceremony space and am eagerly awaiting to see it. I can not wait to planSmiley love
