My FH and I are still working out dates, we are trying to get a home within the year and want to prioritize that before the wedding. Good morning ladies, I just wanted to show you all the venue we have chosen. My FH and I are still working out dates, we are trying to get a home within the year and want to prioritize that before the wedding. This place has stolen our hearts so far and we can not wait to get a tour which will be coming soon, hubby just started working back up again. We are thinking October 2022, I'm still on the fence as to how to decorate the venue seeing as it already has its own character.

This is the ballroom it is called the Elizabethan ballroom and will be the reception.

The lights can be dimmed which I love

As for the centerpieces I want simple perhaps candles, minimum flowers.

I am just so excited that its moving along and that we can plan around our venue.

    Completely worth the wait. I like a few styles like the fit and flare, I am quite short 5 foot hereSmiley shame , although I am willing to try a more ballgown style too, when else will I be able to wear one of those. I think I'm all over the place in style and will try whatever I can once I go and make an appointment. Hopefully I don't look like a cotton ball Smiley xd .

    Congratulations! What colors have you chosen? I recommend going with colors that suit the venue like gold, ivory , blush or peach maybe. Looks like it has a peach or orange color in the carpet

    You're welcome! And that sounds perfect! Those colors will also go really well with flowers. I've noticed that white, blush , and red are the most popular among flowers so you should do fine with that as well ☺️

    Well, that's the really fun thing about testing out different style dresses you like! I would say test out all of them and see how you feel in each one then hone in on which style you like better! I am 5' 4" and in a huge ballgown/a-line so you never know what style you will gravitate towards! Good luck!! I think you will find something wonderful that makes you comfortable, confident, and feel good in!! I don't think you would look like a big cotton ball! If you need help we are here to help with outside opinions!!

    Oooh hearing you see a ballgown works gives me hope. I really want to try on a ballgown now Smiley smile . I am hoping to go in September to try on some dresses its my moms birthday and I think she would love the idea. Thank you for the support Smiley heart
